When you use the retouch feature, you may upload a full-body photo. We do not collect biometric face data or use facial recognition technology. We processes your image solely to retouch onto your body. We store your image and results for up to 3 months to enable you to revisit your retouch history. You may delete your images anytime via the app; all images are automatically and permanently deleted after 3 months. We never sell or share your images with third parties for advertising or identification purposes.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

With service providers (e.g., Google for Firebase) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements;
If required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, legal process, or government request;

We do not use tracking technologies for behavioral advertising unless you explicitly consent via Apple’s ATT prompt.
